George is Co-Founder & Strategy Consultant at adjust., a digital-first agency that combines strategy, content, and data. Although a startup-at-heart, adjust. is now a grown-up, having served more than 100 Greek and international brands, while winning 25 awards in 2020 alone.

He loves forming teams that help people show their best talents and allow them to grow both personally and professionally. This is why he also serves as Innovation Director at Hangover Media, a company that focuses on digital innovation and startup consulting.

Starting as a blogger from the very early years of Web 2.0, George has been in the digital industry since 2007, working unitedly with Nikolas & George Bardakis. Together in 2021, they achieved the acquisition of neolaia.gr (one of their first blogs) by the group of KATHIMERINI, the biggest Greek news publisher.

There is a special place in George’s mind for retro video games, in his heart for Olympiacos, and in his stomach for burgers, but his favorite activity is Greek folk dances!
