Michalis is a strategic HR leader with more than 20 years of experience both in Greece and internationally. He has studied Management and Organizational Behaviour (B.Sc.) in the American College of Greece and Human Resources Management (MA) from the University of Westminster in UK. Michalis worked as HR executive for companies like KPMG, Titan Cement Group and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company and WIND Hellas.

He then led the HR and Corporate Communications of AstraZeneca for Greece, Cyprus and Israel before expatriating to the UK where – for 4 years – he led the HR function for 3 franchises of the company (Cardiovascular, Respiratory and Neurology) at global level. Since 2020 he is leading the HR function for Europe and Australia working for Meridian Bioscience based in London, UK.

Michalis is passionate for bringing to life solutions that inspire people and fulfil organizations’ mission and vision. Additionally, he loves coaching and recently applied for his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). During his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit mainly through sports like tennis, basketball and scuba diving.
