Ms. Karamani has studied Physics (B.Sc) and Astrophysics (M.Sc) in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and later she acquired an MBA and a diploma in Positive Organizational Psychology from the ALBA Graduate Business School. She joined Siemens in 2000 and since then she gained a diversified professional experience through various job families, countries and roles in SW Engineering, Quality Management and Human Resources. Since 2019, she holds the role of Country People & Organization Head for Siemens Italy.

On her free time, she enjoys continuous learning, keeping herself up-to-dated about technological trends and participating in various Think Tanks about future of work. Ms. Karamani is deeply fascinated by the unexplored and without limits human potential. Her personal goal is to have a meaningful impact to other people life and co-create together with others a more sustainable society.
