Βorn and raised in Athens. Maria Agelada studied Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business, and later she specialized in Human Resource Management (MSc) while recently acquired a Personal & Executive Coaching Diploma (ICF approved). She is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Greece and the Lean In - Women in Human Capital Management cycle founded with the purpose to empower women HR Leaders.
She recently undertook the financial management of the “No Mobbing at Work” Association which deals with mobbing in the workplace. Throughout her 15-year course in the Greek and International labor market, she has realized the vital importance of "Belonging" for our existence and survival in the modern working environment, but also that the existence of a collective culture - that encourages constructive relationships and grouping people into teams – supports our mental health and aligns us with the goals of the organization we work. On the contrary, the absence of an inclusive culture where mobbing thrives blocks the creation of positive psychological capital with multifaceted consequences emphasized through our informative actions on the “No Mobbing at Work” Association.
