I am a Learning & Development enthusiast, personally and professionally, with more than 10 years of experience and a drive to architect learning strategies and solutions that impact people and change their lives. I am leading Eurobank’s amazing Learning team of 12 colleagues, designing strategic learning projects that build skills for the future, implementing the required learning for performance excellence today and managing the interdependencies between various initiatives, programs, and implementations.
I love leveraging my desire and tendency to developing strategy and managing stakeholders so as to guide my team in producing impactful results. The key areas of our focus are leadership development, ESG learning, supporting the hybrid way of work, talent development, digital upskilling, adopting new delivery methods & digital tools, continually enhancing inclusive learning and supporting culture change.
