Yanna Andronopoulou is a member of the Management team of MICROSOFT for Greece, Cyprus, Malta and is the Sales Director for large enterprises. She has extensive experience in leading teams, digital transformation of businesses, sales, and business development in the technology sector. She leads a team that aims to advise and support large enterprises to digitally transform with the aim of maximizing business results through the use of technology. She also mentors female technology professionals inside and outside Microsoft and leads the Microsoft Women's Inclusion team for Greece, Cyprus, Malta.
She joined Microsoft in 2014 as a sales manager for the Telecommunications, Banking and Insurance sectors. Before Microsoft she held leadership positions at Huawei, Ericsson and Intracom in Greece, Sweden and France.
She holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Patras, an Executive MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an Executive Coaching Diploma program from Impact. She is married and the mother of two children.
