Kelly joined Reborrn in 2018 to build the Organizational Design function.  She brought to the table more than 20 years of experience in Enterprise and Startup environments, supporting businesses thrive through successful People Strategies. She never thought that consulting would be her next step but the thrill of being part of a new breed of consultants was a challenge hard to pass.

She helps companies and teams work more effectively, (re)define their operating systems, define their purpose, create positive employee experiences, find and retain the right talent.  Last year, she got to meet some of her professional rock stars by creating Reborrn’s first podcast series “Employee Experience Rewired”.
